A Half Pastured Hog
Our half hog package contains 55 pounds of heritage pork which will include ribs, chops, sausage, ham, bacon, roasts or butt. The hams and bacon will be cured nitrite/nitrate free. Our custom processed meat packages will be vacuum sealed.
