RETURNS POLICY

For Four Rivers Farm 

Since our food is perishable, we don’t allow customers to return items. 


If you receive items that differ from your receipt, are missing, or damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at fourrivers.grazecart.com. We will be happy to offer you store credit or a refund upon request. 


If a credit is requested, you will receive store credit for the full sales price amount (plus shipping if applicable) and the funds will be available immediately for purchases.


If a refund is requested, you will be refunded the full sales price amount (plus shipping if applicable) and the funds will be applied to the card on your account. Once a refund is issued, you will see the funds appear back on your card within 7-10 business days. 


WHAT IS STORE CREDIT? Store credit is automatically deducted from a purchase on fourriversllc.com. If you have store credit available you can view the amount anytime in your Four Rivers Farm account page.


HOW TO GET STORE CREDIT? Store credit can be gained in lieu for cash refunds.


HOW TO USE STORE CREDIT? Your store credit can be used as cash to shop fourriversllc.com. Your store credit will be automatically applied to your order at checkout. Store credit can be used in conjunction with other special offers, discounts, and promotional sales.


STATEMENT


Store credit CANNOT be redeemed for cash. Store credit does not expire. Four Rivers Farm reserves all rights to change this policy as needed. If there are any changes to our store credit policy, we will notify customers on our website and via email communication.
